Paul and Sally Shipley are back at the Bryherstones after a break of around 14 years and are pleased to welcome you to their new venture.
The pub and restaurant were previously run by Paul's parents, Brian and Mavis Shipley, from 1983 along with their son Paul and daughter Leigh, and were joined in 1986 by Sally, Paul's wife. Working together until Mavis and Brian's retirement in 1995, the family built a reputation second to none in the local area for good food, drink and a warm welcome.
Moving on to pastures new in 1995, Paul and Sally are now back with a vengeance and have restored the pub to it's former glory, re-instating many of the features to the form they were in during their previous occupancy.
Paul and Sally would like to extend a warm welcome to friends old and new, be it for a drink in the cosy bar or a home cooked meal - you are assured of an experience you will want to repeat.
